Meet the Team

Jon has worked in financial services since 1997, first advising for major insurers and later with high-street banks. Alongside advising clients on mortgages and protection, he runs the business day to day, with the aim of keeping clients' goals at the centre of how the firm works. Away from the office he's married with four children — who take up most of his free time — and he keeps active and does regular charity work.

Jo has worked in financial services since 2002, including a spell in the mortgage team of a local solicitor, where she handled the legal side of clients' mortgages and source-of-funds checks. At TLD she makes sure every application is accurate and submitted in line with our regulatory requirements. Outside work she has two children — her son has flown the nest and her daughter is in high school — and she enjoys walking her miniature dachshund and eating out with family and friends.

Tim has advised on personal financial planning since 1999 and enjoys helping people from all walks of life put the right protection in place. He's married with three sons, and when he's away from the office he's usually out walking or hiking — often in the Peak District or Scotland — and has trekked the Alps around Mont Blanc and the Matterhorn. He also cycles and runs, with a number of 10Ks and half marathons behind him.
